Dreams are part of your subconscious. They can be replays of part of your life, distortions of it, or symbols that are already playing somewhere in your brain (hence all those "Dreams Dictionarys" etc., out there).

Your mind needs to re-focus and sort out the multitude of things that go through it each day, and brain studies show that if a person goes for a long time without dreaming that it can have a detrimental effect on the subject. Whether you remember them or not, you dream every night, usually the shortest will be about ten minutes, the longest about an hour (I've had longer).

You can't always control your dreams, but you can train yourself to be aware of when you are dreaming and you can also train yourself to wake up after you complete a dream.

You have to be in a somewhat light sleep state to dream, but you will find that depending on the type of dream it can be very hard to wake someone up from one because it's very intense or emotionally involved.

You dream in both color and black and white.

Hope this helps!

Let us try to understand what dream is all about. But before then, we need to understand the nature of Soul(the real being within man, which is a unit of light of God) and Holy Spirit (Light & Sound of God or Creative life force that maintain and sustain all life forms) and God (Creative Energy or the first cause).

Dream is an interaction between soul & the Holy Spirit or light & Sound of God.

what triggers dream - The are two things- 1. soul is eternal and it has no begining nor end. 2. soul never sleep & soul is immortal and has no shape at all.
so when the body is at rest, soul flows out at WILL into the inner worlds for its own activities. The informations it got is mainly for IT own use.

Apart from night dream, there are other type of dreams like waking dream, soul travel, and direct projection which is the highest form of it all.

A conscious dreamer controls his/her own dream experiences.

Dream is 100% real. Pay more attention to your dream and reap the benefits.
