All work has merit. A farmer (someone who cultivates the soil) is just as important as a doctor.

It's a way of making even the most meager of jobs important, as well as making the point that not everyone is cut out to be a doctor.
Even the most civil of organizations has to have a "trash man"...

well .... I think the meaning is .... some of us should become farmers ... hehehe .... because ... the plants ... are used for medicine? hehehe ..... I know it said soil ... but that's what came in my mind --- farmers hahahaha ... and maybe also for our food .... we also need veggies ... so does certain tamed animals .... hehehe .... this is so ruckus ....
