Episode 11 just came out a few days ago, and the sub was released yesterday. If you want to torrent or direct download School Days, get it from the subbers website here: http://m33w-fansubs.com/ . For streaming, one of the above should work.
After 11, there is only one more episode and that comes out on the 18th. The sub should follow in a day or two.
