how can i understand which of my friends are honest and fake?

a fraud will tell you what you WANT to hear -
a true friend will tell you what you NEED to hear....

Sometimes you don't know until you're down on your luck and really need your friends. That's when your true friends will be there for you and the others will not be.
It's a hard lesson, but many of us have had it and learned from it.

well if they are always there for you even when you are down in life and also when your happy, thats a true friend. Also if their there for you when you have money and also when your broke. Thats what I would say. Good luck.

That's one of the BIG questions, isn't it? Time, kiddo. Just time. You play fair, and watch to see what each of them does. Talk is cheap. Watch what they DO. You'll figure it out in no time. }:>
I think the "secret" to friendship is acceptance... allowing each of us to be ourselves, and not demanding that our friends be just like us. (Within limits of course...some people's personalities just will not mesh with each other.)
