I am like 7 months pregnant
I take rolaids I am wondering if that is ok I don't take them all the time only when it is REALLY severe

Talk to your doctor about that. But my doctor has told me that I can take tums, rolaids and zantac. And let me tell you the zantac is a lifesaver sometimes! It works for me way better than tums or rolaids ever did.

My doctor told me I could take Tums and I took it a lot. I have also heard that papaya nectar is good for heartburn if you are looking for a natural remedy, but personally I can't drink the stuff. So I took lots of Tums and have had 2 healthy babies.

I used to take tums...I believe the doctor said that was safer. I think the best advice is to call your doctor or just ask a pharmacist.

Tums has calcium so its better for you and the baby
