I'm getting ready to go back to school and I'm looking at doing one of three things and I like them all, but I want to know which would lead to more money.
Certified Nurses Aide, Business Management, or Pharmacy Assistant
I have a friend that told me I need to go into Pharmacy Assistant, and my mom is telling me to through CNA so I can advance up to a Registered Nurse.

I understand all of the comments about doing something I love being more than the money and I agree with that. I would like all three of the fields that I mentioned, the reason I ask about the money is because I'm working on getting out of debt *lol*

Its really up to you and finding what it is that you enjoy doing!
Rx tech could lead to being a Pharmacists but with an additional 5 or 6 years of school. CNA could leave to RN with as little as 2 years of additional school.
Both are good money. The pharmacist makes BIG bucks while an RN will make $40000-$70000 depending on where you live in the country.
If you really are considering an RN position I would look into LVN/LPN schools in your area. You can work everywhere as an LVN/LPN and its only 1 year from that to get your RN. LVN/LPN's make about $13-15 starting here in Dallas/Fort Worth.

If you really, truly think you'd be happy with any one of them, I'd strongly consider taking the nursing track. There aren't enough people going into the field to take care of everyone who needs it, so you'll have great job security. It's hard, stressful work that probably doesn't pay enough relative to what you actually have to do, though, so you do need to consider factors other than money. Talking to some people in those fields might help you make a decision.

I would go Business or computers! If you don't know how to handle money, the nurses aide job, and the pharmacy assisstant won't do you any good! Having a knowledge of business, and handling money will help you in any job you get later on!

CNA's don't make good money to start and you still need school to be an RN no need to work your way up there you might get tired of bedpans.
Check out Salary.com and you can calcute approximate pay.

As majors go, Business Management would likely result in the higher paying jobs. To do salary comparisons, you could go to http://www.salary.com .
When all these people keep telling you that money doesn't make you happy, you might be well advised to ask them if they've ever had money before you just take their word for it!

my dear, the amount of money u have in your bank account does not determine what u do but the satisfaction u derive from what u do .so go for that which u will be happy doing and not that which u will risk yourself and be rich.
