Shower him in confetti and tell him what a lovely homecoming queen he makes. Then I would take him to city hall and have his name leagally changed to Waffles and Coffee on Arbor Day Morning and force him to sign the Family Guy theme song is Russian everytime a Republican walked by. On the third Thursday of every month, we would give Mambo lessons to the animals at the zoo and on Mexican national holidays he and I would throw a parade for all the gay woodland creatures that live east of the Mississippi River. Sometimes we would talk about the universe and how it was created and other times we would give lectures on how Reganomics has affected the one-legged migrant worker. By the time we both reached the age of retirement, we would move to Estonia and open a disco / day spa / organic food store where we would employ only people named Ralph who have been fired from Wendy's.

I would like to say that I would go buy him a sandwich and a soda and tell him to eat because he is really skinny and to go get himself some help. HOWEVER-
People who do drugs are dangerous and I would be afraid that he would hurt me and take my money so that he could buy more crack. Soooooo. In the interest of not getting robbed or killed. I would cross to the opposite side of the street as fast as I could and hope he would not follow me.

I would do nothing TO him. I would treat him with respect just like I would any other stranger walking down the street if they are minding their own business.

Probably cross to the otherside of the street. Crack heads can be very confrontational.
