You don't get tickets, you just go to the city where it is being held and party your @zz off!!..I haven't missed one in 6 years.

No one goes to the all-star game for the actual game except for the corporate heads. Just go for the parties. You will have to pay a ridiculous price to get a ticket to the actual game.
