Hey man... here's is my solution from similar answer i have posted before:-

"the papers are lodged in between the air trap of the WC (water closet); it's shape like an 'S' or 'U' to prevent the foul smell from the main sewer stack to escape into your toilet and room...so you need to dislodge them at this nasty little bend. Try using some hooks preferable wood or plastic that can bend as well so that you will not scratch the insides. Try not to use a metal or hard force, you may crack the ceramic WC bowl. After a few yanks, try flushing it. If it does not work, try good old Newton's Law :- Fill up a big bucket with water and stand up on a high stool or ladder & try to pour the whole bucket of water continously into the bowl with force..i mean gravity. This may push the clough tissues through. If it still can't work, see if you can find some solvent or acid to disolve the tissue over time & repeat the above process. If still no, you can either get a toilet plunger or a plumber, which may solve your problem in the first place. "

GOOD LUCK

process of elimination: 1) lift the lid on the tank & check the water level - the water should be 1/4 inch from the top of the overflow tube (in the middle of the tank - where the water will flow when too full). 2) check the jets inside the bowl - use a mirror & look under the rim & you will see holes - these holes may get plugged with calcium - just use a screwdriver & carefully poke them to clear. 3) get an auger from the hardware store - there could be something in the throat of the toilet - something as small as a q-tip may not have been able to make it through the curves of the throat. If the bowl is really old, the throat may be closing with calcium. Our local Home Depot has a new toilet for about 60$ but by the time you add the wax ring & bolts (possibly a new water supply line because old ones tend to go when changing out a toilet), thread dope & plumbers tape, you're looking at about $100. Hope this helps. To the plumber that answered the question calling the toilet the water closet - keep the cookies on the bottom shelf for the people that don't have the benefit of your knowledge & grasp of plumbing lingo.

There are 2 types of plungers, ones that pull and ones that push. With toilet blockage, which direction do you want the "obstruction" to go? Sometimes, filling the toilet bowl with water may do it (do not flush while doing this), the weight of the water may slowly push the problem downstream.

Get a snake/auger from your local home improvement store. Works a heck of a lot easier than a plunger, especially if your toilets are like mine where the hole is squarish and the plunger doesn't seal well.

It's called a toilet snake. That is what the plumber you would pay $100 to is going to use. You can buy one in the plumbing section at Home Depot or Lowes for a lot less money. It is very easy to use... just stick the end in the toilet and turn it until the clog is gone.

My son flushed a dead fish from his aquarium. One that was really too big to be flushed. Then it swelled up to boot. Plugged up his toilet so that he and my husband had to take the toilet off. It was hilarious. This doesn't help you much but sounds like you need professional help or someone that can help you remove the toilet. Good luck!
