I was hired as a bartender...the first day (7 hrs) I served 1 drink, the owner had me in the back cooking all day, second day I served 2 drinks, again cooking all day, she said I had to dunk all cooking utensils in bleach water after every use, they had huge 25 lb containers of mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. that I had to get and return to the basement cooler for every order...at the end of the day I told her that I thought she hired me as a bartender, not a cook, that I was quitting and wanted my pay...she said, we don't pay for training people and told me to leave.
