No you are not a sexist. You probably been hurt by a male you've probably cared about, but remember all males are not pigs. There are some good guys out there, you may be looking in the wrong place for the right guy. Try places like at church, or on the job, or a friend who knows a descent guy and could fix you two up, or let things happen on their own where you start off as friends, and eventually you might see the good side in him. Don't be too quick to give yourself to him, if he likes you or care about you, he will wait for you and respect you. To be honest wait until you feel you both want to marry. Don't lump all men together, even though I know it feels like there is a shortage of good men out there. Also don't forget to ask God to find you a good man, and lead him to you. God does hear and answers prayers.

I wouldn't say your sexist but you have to ask yourself are you angry at men as a sex or just the ones you know and do you give high expeditions to the men you meet and then dismiss them when they are not up to your standards.Shouldn't you really look at males as people not as potential partners or some weird species you might find they are the same as you.

Yes, I can and will: You're sexist.

It has nothing or little to do with maturity, but it is the same thing as racism or any other discrimination where all of a group are judged by your limited experience. While it's natural to group and classify people, acting as if that generalization was true for everyone is really limited and potentially harmful.

Well....

There is no specific word that speaks to what you are dealing with (in my humble opinion)....you are just pissed off at men right now....

WHY you are angry is the real question....

I'm not sure why you are angry, but YOU know why you are...I don't believe that you are sexist. People get angry...WE ARE HUMAN. Girl, someone just pissed me off a few days ago and I am working to get over it.

The most important thing is to get to the source of the anger, deal with it, and move on ESPECIALLY if the catalyst of the anger is a CERTAIN man....

Never let anything or anyone have power over you by holding on (in your heart and mind) to something they did to you...LET IT GO. Honey, they probably ain't even THINKING about you, and you are sitting here stewing over them and their behavior/action(s).

Men piss me off too sometimes (and vice versa)...but never enough to throw them away....they are too priceless for all that!

I know you may want me to sit here are say, "yeah girl...MEN SUCK" but they don't....THEY ROCK! Sorry girl (smile).

You will be okay.

No. Your a female chauvinist pig to use an old term
Some male must have really upset you at some stage. We are not all bad you know. I remember meeting a guy who women loved, but then realised that I was looking in the mirror

sexism usually implies discrimination.
I would say that if you're "angry" with 50% of the world's population, you're shallow, not sexist.

Yes, that is definately called sexist.

What did my dad ever do to you? Nothing. Yet you are claiming you are angry at him.

If I was to say I was angry at black people, would that be racist? Hell yeah.

See what I mean?

Unless you are oppressing them in some way, then no.

I think you're probably just pissed off because some boy dumped you.

All depends upon your experience doesn't it.
If you have only met male idiots, then it's understandable.
