I hadnt heard about it BUT when I was a kid I went to a kindercare day care center and they were horrible. One time a 5 year old girl was sick and she kept telling them that they ignored her till she threw up everywhere. Instead of helping her they yelled and screamed at her and made her clean up the throw up, A 5 YEAR OLD! I would never take my kids to that place

I heard about it and I work in Child Care man its sick people like that, that ruins the daycare system all together. I know that we have 2 or 3 of those centers here in fresno and I heard that the teacher is trying to say it was a policy of theirs to do things like that. I hope there isnt a lot of backlash on daycares cause of one stupid teacher!

Haven't heard about it, but if they have been doing this then they should be tried in criminal courts, not sued in civil courts
