change your tag to something similar like this:


This is CSS and is the recommended way to do it. Replacing the "fixed" with "scroll" will also scroll the image as the page is being scrolled (else it will stay static).

Add Clipart, or whatever you want for a backround and then make the page or site with it as the backround.
Some software will allow you to change the backround if the site is already made.

Add the following code to the line under of your html file: (actually you can put it to anywhere of your html file)



Note: remove the space in front of "/" in the image url
