I have committed an amount to be deducted monthly from my bank to a volunteer from Green peace - an organisation working for the environment.He has my specimen signature and my bank account details. He gave me a copy of the form i had signed too. Can he withdraw more money from my bank or misuse my details?

You can never confirm such a thing. I am sure they are honest, but they can also make mistakes.
Next time, just write them a check.

Yes, he can withdraw more money and misuse your details.

contact the volunteer that they got it, or call Greenpeace and ask them your question...
I don't think you need to give out your specimen signature when you donate... hmmm, call your bank about that too...
