I actually have not heard anyone protecting the Clintons. I saw it reported on the news, and even on Olbermann. At no point did any of those programs rationalize what was done. If there are alot of people on this site who are protecting I would take that as it is as this site seems to attract alot of fanatics and extreme left/right types. I think that alot of politician scandals that have to do with money don't get too much crazy press, especially in the mainstream news. It's reported, and then they move on to stupid starlets. The scandals that get all the attention usually have to do with sex and drugs. That is what sells. That's what gets peoples attention. I think by now we are all aware that politicians have a lot of shady financial contacts. Find me one that doesn't.

Well if the dems are silly enough to nominate Clinton the Republicans will take the Presidency again in '08. So by down playing the scandal the right stand a chance and the left is still in love with Bill and want him back in the White House.

There's a movement on every front to undermine our legal process, our voting process and our ability to believe in our politicians.
I think that spells more trouble for the future of the US than any other factor currently in play. Our government's ability to operate with a minimum of corruption is the only way we have a future.
The media is doing their part to undermine the political process at every turn. Yet they seem to create the smoke and then leave us hanging with our speculations.
Let's give the legal process an opportunity to work, folks. It's all we have! Turn off the television and wait on the courts!!

The Liberal media would condone anything a Clinton does short of seeing one of them with the smoking gun! The Clinton's have done many underhanded things and they are slick in finding the ways to wiggle out of any wrongdoing. And about HSU this too shall pass on into oblivion. If a Liberal has been found doing something unethical it is passed off as, "Boys will be boys." The Conservatives do not condone Larry Craig or anyone that does something illicit.

Not everyone is trying to protect Mrs. Clinton. She is getting ripped on conservative talk shows. You won't see attacks in the main stream media. The left wing liberal loonies in the media are in a symbiotic relationships with radical lefties running for office.
