I believe a 6th round pick. This was a desparation move the Browns. The Vice President of the organization even said this was done to fix the quarterback problem. They do not have a chance in hell right now, unless they start Quinn. The Browns got more than they should have for Frye.

each and every considering the fact that Cleveland traded or released the gamers couple years in the past and the Denver Broncos picked up the choose time-venerated "Browncos" Cleveland went down hill. If Charlie Frye had a solid offensive line to paintings with he could be properly worth some thing interior the destiny. proper now no hes no longer.

Quinn is moving up, la-de-da. Big deal. He didn't even want to play bad enough to report to training camp. Or am I wrong - could a rookie, never done anything in the NFL, not learn something from the camp. If that is the case, why have them? Quinn didn't want to play this year, why give him the chance to move up? Same with Jamarcus Russell. He just signed. What can he learn from training camp when he is the only one there - oh that's right, he missed it. How can he expect to get on the field with no preparation. I'd love to see Quinn get his clock cleaned just cause he should have known something was coming but missed that lesson. I'd love to see Cleveland just totally fall apart now.
Why would the Seahawks want Charlie Frye? They have Seneca Wallace who is a very dangerous, exciting player but can't get him on the field because of Hasselback.

They got a sixth. Barry is just a hater, plain and simple. I feel that Frye was setup to fail. The new OC installed a system that did not play to Frye's .... um talents. Anderson is a better fit. I was hoping that they would get rid of them both and sign leftwich as a plug for this season. Believe me if we win 7 this year I'll be happy.

They were going to cut him if nobody would take him in a trade, so a 6th round pick was a windfall. Hopefully we'll see Quinn sooner rather than later to help get this team onto the right track. Every game we start Anderson may as well be a forfeit.

Not much. 6th rd. draft choice. Which is a lot more than he's worth. Holmgrim will have him sweeping out the locker room or something. The Browns are actually winners here.
