I have never heard of CS apprenticeship.
Our companies CS has to know everything old, new and coming up in the future.
They are the hub of information.
They are the punching bag for the customers.
They are under appreciated.
They are mind readers (haven't been updated but are expected to know).
You have to really want it to do it with any heart.
Our CS rocks..and they rock hard!!
...but I guess that didn't really answer your question.
I just had to give some 'hands up' for that job.
Thanks for that!!

You would work in any kind of company: banks, call centres, factory offices, marketing departments, even lawyers and accountancy firms have Customer Service Officers.
Have a look at the websites in the link box below and you will also see how to get qualified in Customer Service.

The poor guy who listed all the bad things that happen is quite correct but proper training by the company and introducing a customer-centred attitude into his company would go a long way to improving his unhappy situation.
