Of course! My wife and I decided long ago there would be none of the "oh - we were wrestling" stories. We both think sex is a beautiful thing and not something a youngster should be brought up thinking is dirty. Sex and love is something very beautiful. When your children question you about it, you should be open and honest with them about it - regardless of age. It's HOW you teach them that is important.

the knowledge should be given to them as soon as they can understand whats goin on around them. There is nothing worse than a misguided child. Tell them the facts while trying not to confuse your own opinions and feelings towards the child inside the conversation . Because remember you were that age once as well

Sex knowledge should be started as young as 3 .
