Why are they posting spanish language questions where 99.9% of the users speak only English? Shouldn't there be only English here, and only spanish there?

Marnster and Peter, I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH. Or didn't you get that. That's about the only spanish I know; NO HABLO ESPANOL.

And Peter, don't assUme that I am from Utah, just cause I'm Mormon. Shows prejudice. Do you also assUme that I am white? Do you know if I am or not?

Yahoo Answers comes in a variety of languages. If one scrolls down to the bottom of the page (any YA page), there is a list of "Answers International"... Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Maylasia, Mexico, New Zealand, Phillipines, Quebec, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, US, Vietnam, US-Espanol.

Looking at this list, there is very little reason for any user to post in the wrong language. The languages covered by these versions of YA probably accomodate 98% of the world population.... (I'd be almost willing to bet that the other 2% will never come in contact with a computer, anyway.)

In the meantime, it is actually against community guidellines to post in the "incorrect" language. This happens to be the English version of Yahoo answers. In this version, a contributor is not to post in any language besides English.

Unless someone wants some kind of translation involving Spanish, there's no reason to be posting anything Spanish on this version.... or in any other language, for that matter.

Yes! The universe (and its houses) is real effective. I guess in case you repost your query at the Physics discussion board, you would get solutions that positioned your questions extra into viewpoint. I believe the physicists have specific theories to reply questions equivalent to "while the dirt and planets and all that ends does the universe? or does the blackness simply hold goin on and on?" As for, "Why is there a Universe?" you'll be able to ought to alter this question a little; or else, the physics individuals will give an explanation for the "Big Bang Theory," which, I'm assuming (unhealthy unhealthy unhealthy), is not the reply you desire. So, you would ask, "Is there prohibit to the universe? And if it extends infinitely, is there a factor in which atomic subject/vigour ceases to exist? or some thing to that final result. As for G/god, there is not any necessity for G/god to exist and for there to be a Universe. G/god, in accordance to a few, created the universe. But this perception is simplest adequate for the reply 'Why is there a Universe?'--no longer integral; but, no person, as of reward, has given a integral reply to the query 'Why is there a Universe?' Maybe someday you're going to provide us this reply.

I agree with you. Also, its against the Yahoo Guidelines to speak any other language but English. At the bottom of the page there are different forums who want to go speak Spanish.

You're not crazy! I think sometimes people don't realize that they can post their questions elsewhere or do it by mistake. Kind of like when someone posts something about singles and dating in R&S.

Usually, if I notice these questions, I try to help them and point out where they should be posting. BUT if you can't speak spanish, just kindly say so or ignore the question.

;o)

You feel alienated by the use of Spanish, you're not crazy. Youwant to join in discussions and it bothers you that there are limitations to the amount of questionswhich you can answer when others write in Spanish. It's a normal reaction.

I don't think anyone needs to be excluded. Perhaps if you looked at some of the Spanish questions, you would learn something. It's certainly easy enough to skip past a question that doesn't interest you.

@ mormon_4_jesus, your ignorance besieges your questioning.

"Shouldn't there be only English here, and only spanish there?"
