Nobody is sure why the storm on Saturn's pole is Hexagonal. Perhaps it has something to do with the magnetosphere of the planet drawing the out the corners.

At this point everything is speculation because we have found no natural example of such a feature on Earth.

There *are* conditions that occur naturally that produce hexagons (and pentagons). I've read an article that sub-surface winds produce the near-straight edge clouds we see on Saturn's pole, but - it's just theory. If Saturn weren't spinning so rapidly, that storm would likely have a circular center.

Pentagon -- 5-sided object
Hexagon - 6-sided object

Hexagons do occur in nature. Ice crystals are hexagonal. Many minerals crystalize in different geometric shapes. Salt crystalizes in cubes, as do some sulphides.

There is nothing superdimensional about it.

Nature is a wonderful thing to study if you drop all the mystical crap and try to achieve understanding instead.

I don't know about the "next dimension" but the 5th Dimension song Age of Aquarius is a great tune to play in the background when you're smoking whatever it is you smoke...
