I live near a big ravine in the city, and we have some great big huge old trees, beautiful wildflowers, at different times of the year, and foxes and beaver, and even the occasional deer, and of course the racoons and skunks, dwell nearby as well..At night the crickets and frogs croak really quite loud. And bats, cover the twilight sky .... I love to see the wilderness, creep into a city

Based on my experience, the "human" one... I have lived in New York City for thirteen years. I experienced the September 11th, 2001 attacks. What I saw during this period is how ugly human nature can be but also and most importantly how truly beautiful it can be.

the trees that grow along the sidewalks or in the middle of the streets, or the flowers in there cement pots all along the store fronts, we tear down the beauty so we can have more places to go then we add the beauty back and have to wait for it to grow, it's funny how when your driving you'll have to slow down to let a lost squirrel cross or how the birds take off as we approach , we're constantly tearing down nature to build more of what we think we need, instead of just up keeping what we already have, the world is full of so much greed! ~â¥~
