what composer/concerto of baroque music with mostly lower strings and harpsichord do you recomend. I was listening to something on .77 easy classical I really liked. I'm almost certain its baroque, with harpsichord, with cello, viola and maybe violin.

Try Brandenburg Concerto #4, 1st movement. Bass, Cello's, and Harpsichord. The high notes on the cello sound like a viola. A work of pure genius.

The Bach Brandenburg Concerto #6 uses the lower strings and harpsichord.
