Well NOT the funeral itself, BUT when I was a cop, I was a certifide Advanced Accident Investigater. MY very first accident a child was hit and killed by a van driving down the street. The child was only 4 or 5 years old. I didn't know the child or the family or anyone involved at all. I have to say this bothered me then and I cried. It was really sad.

I don't cry at funerals and I haven't been to many as an adult. They are just awkward in my opinion. I just never know what to say or do. When I hear about other people's misfortunes, my eyes do tend to tear. Like when I heard about my sister-in-law losing a nephew who was ran over by a car the day of his birthday party. He was only three. That was tragic. Her daughter, my niece, is that age, and well, it just made me sad to think that that could have been her. So yeah...

Yes I have, I think you get caught up in others emotions, I am crying because they are crying. I may not have known the deceased, but I feel so bad for the family members and their loss. Thank you for asking.
