wow that would be the next new technology coming out, but i don't think there is such a thing as that, believe me if there was all the Americans would know first, i personally em not one but i have never herd of anything like that.
i think phones would loose money if there ever would be such a thing like that, the only thing close to that is to talk on yahoo messenger with the phone calls that you can make but you have to pay money and i don't know the fees to it.

Here you can send free text msgs thru whatever service your receiver has, e.g. Verizon.com for sending msgs to verizon customers. But you can not receive text msgs..
