Avah sound's nice. Like a princess. I think it is nice having diffrent names these days instead of the same old Tom and Sarah.

Its not bad, but not my style. I really don't like Rayne as a name but Avah is good. Don't like the spelling with the 'h' though. Ava is still better even though it is common.
Avah Jasmine, Ava Riley, Ava Rebecca, Ava Holly just some other suggestions..
Best of luck

Love the name, really don't like the spelling of Ava. I think she is going to be correcting the spelling and pronounciation of her name for her entire life. What's wrong with a common spelling if it prevents the aggravation of people mispronouncing and misspelling your name? And throwing an H on the end of a name makes it look like you're trying too hard to be creative and different.
Sorry.... but I really do love the name and congratulations.

I love Avah and I love how you decided to spell it! I was trying to convience my husband to use it for a middle name but he doesn't like it. I am not big on words for names though so sorry but I am not a fan of Rayne. But thats just me! Good luck with your pregnancy!

Personally, I would spell it Ava, because everyone will mispell it, including teachers, friends, and doctors. You may try to be "unique" but you're just setting your daughter up for a lifetime of misspellings. I love Ava Rayne though! Good luck and God bless!

She'll spend all her life spelling out her name and people will aways make mistakes and write it wrongly. Stick to more common and well known spellings or choose a different name. I like Ava, and you don't gain anything by adding an (h). It's just pointless and will cause your daughter a lot of frustration.

I think it's gorgeous, but at first look, I thought Avah was pronounced 'Ar-var'.
It sounds much better pronounced as 'Ava' Rayne! :o)
Good work..! I say go for it.. And Congrats btw!

Personally I love the name Avah and not being a common name it is in its own way unique, especially spelling it the way you have. Though i am not as equally fond of Rayne, as a middle name is it? but in the end the choice is up to you and you alone

I think it's fine, except for that H! I honestly pronounced this "AW-vah" when I read it.
If you don't like the commonness of Ava, why not go with another name altogether? Since Ava is so common your poor little girl will have her name misspelled her entire life.
