depends on the friend. I try to keep the crying minimal around other people.

i had some very disturbing news today and some things that are effecting me emotionally and I called (kasia, the girl in the pink dress) she is my best friend n real life an we do that with each other. i think we are the only ones that really get each other an i love that about her

Well, if they are my true friends, I wouldn't be afraid to express my emotions to them. I'd expect them to comfort me, as I'd comfort them in that situation.
