yes....unfortunately i do do that most of the time, people usually ask are you ok to be polite......they do not truly care, unless that is......if they are a close person.....then maybe.....fake smiles are just another way of dealing......

Depends on the person and the situation. If it's a good friend and we can talk privetly yes I tell them. If I don't know you well then I just lie and smile pretty.

Yes. because the pain I go through on a daily basis is to much for others to understand. My life is harsh, and until someone lives in my shoes, they won't and can't know what I've been through in these short 15 years. Pain is casual.

Depends where i'm hurt..if i fall on my butt and it hurt..i really dont want someone to know that's where the pain is..
but if i am in real pain..there's no harm in telling or admitting i am in pain..
