That is a humorous question to me because I have ADD and my husband is the one who would be happier. If he could pay someone to organize my brain, his life would be a lot happier!

Yes, I do. Especially when it comes to cleaning house. I have a "routine" that helps me get finished sooner. Also, I have a great "routine" when going to the Laundry-Mat. I get there when nobody is around (about Soap Opera TV time) and take the entire row of washers. I use the Double Washers and can wash up to 12 loads within 45 minutes. Timing is everything when loading the soap, bleach, and softener.

Nope, life has too many things that could go wrong to rely on routines. As long as your at school or work when you have to be than you can just go with the flowwww!

Good, healthy routines are an excellent input to happiness. For example, routine walks and/or routine swimming in safe, natural resorts.
