Rub an ice cube on it, then just scrape it off.

Just use a plastic putty knife to scrape the majority of it up.

Avoid heating the laminate too much, becuase it will loosen the glue, hehehe.

If you have a small residue left, then I would take some heavy brown paper (paper grocery bags work great), and a clothes iron. Place the paper over the residue, and apply the heated iron for just a couple of seconds... the wax will 'blot' onto the paper (This is a good way to get wax out of a carpet too).. just keep moving clean paper over the spot until its all up... again... don't let the counter itself get too hot.

Some of the plastic dish scrubbers can also be used to help remove minute amounts of wax.

Good Luck

Heat the spilled wax with your hair dryer and wipe away. Then clean your counter your usual way.

put an old towel over it and iron over the top of it on not a very high heat... just hot enough to melt the wax into the towel.. or scrape it off with a putty knife.

Freeze it off or go to your local hardware store and get a wax and adhesive remover (e.g. Goo Gone).
Last resort you can just scrape it off with a regular kitchen knife.

Hold an ice cube on it for a couple of seconds, then VERY carefully scrape it off with a straight razor blade.
