She has a period after a week (this is not her regular period, her regular period started a week before that intercourse and was already finished a couple of days before the time of intercourse).

I think you covered your bases with the morning-after pill. It is a strong dose of hormones, so her 2nd period was most likely caused by it. Best wishes!

Incredibly unlikely, I don't think there's much of a chance. Given the use of condom, pulling out and then the morning-after pill and the period...even if it wasn't a normal period, sounds like she's not pregnant.
