There are many possibilities as to the cause of urinary incontinence but since you're having back pain and leg and arm pains, you may very well have a neurological cause in your spine. Don't be embarrassed; just because you don't know who they are doesn't mean there aren't others with the same problem. More than likely it's not a problem with the bladder but with your spine. See a doctor!

go to the doctor and find out if you kidneys are okay because often you will get lower back pain and possible bloating to other areas that feel sensitive also check to see if you have a weak bladder. this is not embarassing if you are 29 this could happen at any age. just make sure you go see a doctor soon to be sure there isn't anything else going on. a simple blood test should do the trick.

Could be your pelvic floor needs some exercises to tune it up. Stay off coffee as this can increase leakage. If you have spinal injuries then this can interfere with the signals to the bladder. I know this sounds funny but drink more water(not just anything-water). You will leak less with more in your bladder.

There are a number of things that this could be associated with. So if any names some sort of disorder disregard it. You need to go to the doctor as soon as possible and also see a urologist along with complete lab work.

Sometimes your uterus hangs down and pushes onto your bladder. If its pushing a lot, youll piss yourself.

An operation is REQUIRED to put a pin under your uterus.
