you must be half-retarded to have unprotected sex if you aren't on birth control. you aren't even close to being ready for marriage.

Congratulations. I experienced many episodes as you described with my (former) fiance, and I always made it through unimpregnated. (he is now my husband and life continues happily)
You had sex during a slightly risky time, but chances are you already ovulated and were beyond the phase at which you can conceive. Also chances are that the small amount of sperm in the pre-thingie were killed by the environment inside you.... it really depends from person to person. If your period is late then get a pregnancy test. My period was about a week late on a few occasions but I always turned out fine, disregarding the extreme worry.
If you get your period, you are NOT pregnant - or at least your body doesn't think you are. That's all you need.

if you are not pg you will have your period, if your period doesn't come ont ime, get the early pg test.
if your period is lite or spotty, get the pg test.
you did have unprotected sex in your ovulation time.
it only takes once, and it happened to me 5 days before my regular period, i had morning sickness 2 days before my period and i just ovulated all the time as a teen, that's why we MUST use protection.......next time, MORNING AFTER PILL.
CONDOMS, SAFER SEX OR NO SEX.
you sound like you are well educated. instead of worrying, why not play the what if i'm pg game, what would you do?
have it? keep it? Terminate the pg. it's a legal option.
Please get on the pill, and carry condoms!!!
we worked so hard in the 60's and 70's for sexual freedom.
i think with all the diseases out there, pregnancy should be the least of your worries.
i hope you are lucky.
but instead of worrying, plan for the "what if we are?"
What will we do, and what are our options. Visit Planned Parenthood in the mean time, and help relieve your worries, be pro-active.
this site has great info in their archieves.

This is a tricky situation. Some people still have a "period" even though they are "with child" and falsely believe that they are not pregnant. It has been known that even a stoppage of periods doesn't dictate that one is pregnant or not. A person could have some physical or psychological problem that would cause that to happen. Your best bet is to see a "trusted doctor" and get the answers you require. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. Peace, Love and God Bless.

Prenancy is only confirmed 40 days after the last period. Be aware stress can delay your menses. If he didn't ejaculate then it is unlikely that you will become pregnant.

Dont listen to the dipwad that said you're not ready to be married. Do what you want, everyone makes mistakes, its human nature.
You ARENT pregnant, believe me, its 2% chance if he doesn't *** in you. Women have been using that method for eons, and 2% get pregnant.
