Above one billion people, and some cities like mumbai are so thickly populated, that u only see a sea of people moving in large streams in definite directions. People are crowded in a room or are stacked neatly one above the other. Everywhere in India there is problem of over population, poverty, unemployment, lack of facilities and infrastructure, shortage of water etc.etc. all problems associated with over population. Incidentally, India is the largest democracy in the world, and it has the largest number of middle class consumers.
