it will pass 3ghz easy with stock fans, should go even higher. if you get a good aftermarket cooler it would hit 3.5ghz+
for overclocking you want to raise the fsb, and u may need to raise the voltage a bit but go in very small increases with this.

You must b kidding... You had core2 still wanted to do more? Anyway depends on the board if it support. Go to CMOS then Advance Setup and find CPU clock speed. re: might damage you the Processor expand fan.
