Maybe twice a week but i usually only buy what i need right then and there. I dont have a stock pile of food in the cupboard. if i want chicken for dinner i will go and get some chicken

I don't like stale bread and I am not a hamster. I go 3 to 4 times a week to the grocery store. I don't plan meals adhead either and I am always running out of something.

About twice a week. I am only three blocks from the grocery and fresh meat and produce are always available. I try to time it to when the stock truck comes in to replenish.

I go out and buy a lot about every two weeks. I usually go to the store every other day... for drinks or bread or chips for hot dogs or something.
