Yes, through the US attorneys office. The three branches of federal government: Legislative, make laws, Judicial, interpret laws, Executive, enforce laws. That the balance of power, no branch is making the laws and enforcing the laws.

The idiots in Congress are supposed to write the laws.
The idiots in the Judiciary are supposed to ensure that such laws are Constitutional.
And the idiots in the Executive Branch are supposed to enforce them.

i do no longer think of thats going to be achievable. The congress is the recommendations of the folk. rules from congress are the guidelines of the land, nd no enterprise is above the regulation of the land.
