A Danseur, that's the actual term for it. Or just male dancer, or male ballet dancer would suffice.

I've always referred to them as ballerinos, but then I call male baristas baristos too. The problem with both these instances is that neither Russian nor Italian genders nouns in the same way as Spanish.

I actually dated one of the few straight ones... In English, a male ballet dancer, in Italian, un ballerinO (as opposed to ballerinA)...BTW, they are super athletic and strong...
