Start Roy Williams for the following reasons

People have a lot of misconceptions against the Raiders defense. The Raiders PASS DEFENSE was a top 3 defense in the NFL last year. Offense was the worst in the league.

Javon Walker has a sophmore QB throwing to him in Jay Cutler. If you watch tape on Jay Cutler against the Bills last Sunday you'll see he's not as good as Jon Kitna, not yet at least.

Jon Kitna threw more then anyone else in the NFL last year.
Kitna has four talented receivers to throw to which will free up Williams. Williams is an elite WR and Walker is not.

Williams! Raiders D is great. Only reason it isn't better is because thier O sucks so bad they have to play D ALL THE TIME. Williams should put up decent numbers though.

thats a real tough one. both def stink to hell oaklands worst. but roy williams is so much more of a game breaker. but then again young jay cutler in my opinion is better than kitna. but all that been said i'd go with williams
