Mine was a David Lee Roth concert...Poison was new and opened for him.... He went off stage and came back in the back on a 15 foot surfboard over the audience... he was about to be over stage when the audience pulled the board...he slid forward just in the nick of time to make it on stage and never missed a beat...than played the bongos towards the end...around 1986 in Houston, Texas. what was urs, when and where?

Candlebox, December 31, 1993 in Portland, Oregon.

It was in a small venue called La Luna (which no longer exists) and had about 1,000 fans. So, everyone was close to the stage and the pit was loaded with people. The band was allowing fans to go onstage one at a time to stage dive. When I went up there I gave Kevin Martin a high-five while he was singing and leaped into the crowd, luckily they caught me. I've had many great concert experiences, but this one stands out because it was the first time I was right up there with a frontman on stage and it was New Year's Eve.

Good question.

Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace in May in Michigan. Amazing stage presence with these bands, great fan participation. I wasn't anywhere near the mosh pit, but still great energy in the seats. Can't wait to see them again.

Okay, well, let me start by saying, I love Green Day. To an obsessive extent, and though everyone may not love them, I do.
So, in 2005, when they came, I died.
I went and even though I am biased, it was an amazing concert and they sounded exactly like the CD. It was rehearsed and understood extremely well. It translated and the whole overall dynamic was amazing.
Best concert ever.

hmmm there's been a few great ones.... kreator out in hollywood (key club) with napalm death. it was a very intense show at a small venue and the crowd was VERY lively...another was slayer last year at the long beach convention center with lamb of god and children of bodom. another intense show but a much bigger crowd....i think one of the most memorable shows was when i saw iron maiden at the universal amphitheater. bruce fell off the stage and it looked like he passed out for a while. they kept playing...a little off as security took him behind the stage...but he came running back out just in time for the WHOOA oh oh at the end in 'hallowed be thy name' the crowd went wild

Static-X in San Bernardino, CA at a small venue. What was so cool about it was that the entire concert was a moshpit. No one stood around, everyone was at least jumping up and down. It was sick!
