i need to get this kid back for egging my house and cut down my orange tree!!! please give me ideas that will make him remember not to mess with me again.

Call his mom while hes in class. Then tell her your a detective and you found him unconscious on the schools bathroom floor naked with another boy, she better come down to the school right away.
Or the old 2 by 4 across the face should do it.

I can't give you any better suggestion than call the police on him. That'll teach him. If you do anything on your own, it'll only escalate the situation. You're not going to "teach him a lesson." It doesn't work that way. Do you consider that he's "taught you a lesson" after he went as far as cutting down your tree? What if he started doing some REAL MAJOR damage? Would you consider yourself "schooled"? If not, then what makes you think HE would throw his hands up and surrender?

A zip lock bag full of tuna in oil and scallops. Place in under his seat with pin holes poked in it or in the heater vents. He'll never get that smell out of his car.
Dog crap on the door knob to his house. Cover it.
Mail box full of used diapers.

if you want to stay out of trouble, ignore him. i know cheesy huh? he's not worth getting jailed for. if you really feel u have 2 do nething, set a tack on his chair. something classic you know? nobody expects to pull a classic. when u place the tack though, make sure it's in his assigned seat, preferrably out of sight. leave a card marked "orange tree" so he knows who did it. oh, and if he wants to puch you keep your wiehgt on the balls of your feet and watch his upper body, not his hands. you'l see it move before the hand and it's really easy to doge a puch when you can see it coming and your ready for it. if it does come to that, just remember, dont throw any punches of your own. if you just doge them he'll get more and more mad, the teachers will notice this, and he will get in trouble.
