Twice a day....sometimes more if I'm going somewhere and think about it

sure I even have as a question of actuality, I brush after each and every meal, I floss and brush till now i pass to mattress and rinse out with Crest mouth wash two times an afternoon. My mouth style fairly clean

I like to have minty fresh breath! As soon get up in the morning...after some meals during the day or whenever. Oh yeah, a must before I go to bed. Never thought of it until now...hmmm, 4-5 times a day I suppose. :-)

Once in the morning and once before I hit the sack. Although if I have a dental appointment I brush before I go so that would bring it up to 3!!!

I have Invisalign braces, and I have to brush after every meal, or drink I have.
It sucks :( but my teeth are always white :)
