Dyslexia is a type of learning disability. A person with this learning disability has trouble processing words and/or numbers.

Dyslexia is not a disease. It's a condition that you are born with, and it often runs in families.

People with dyslexia are not stupid or lazy as is the wrap they usually get. Most have average or above-average intelligence, and they must work very hard to overcome their learning problems.

Dyslexic people are visual, multi-dimensional thinkers. We tend to be intuitive and highly creative, and excel at hands-on learning. Because we think in pictures, it is sometimes hard for us to understand letters, numbers, symbols, and written words.

Learning to read, write and study efficiently becomes an accessible accomplishment once the right tools or methods geared to our unique learning style are discovered and correctly utilized.

See the spelling :
Dyslexia is a type of reading disability usually manifested as a difficulty with written language, particularly with reading and spelling. A person diagnosed with dyslexia is called a dyslexic; and a dyslexic by definition has adequate intelligence. Evidence suggests that it is a result of a difference in how the brain processes written and/or verbal language. It is separate and distinct from reading difficulties resulting from other causes, such as deficiencies in intelligence, non-neurological deficiency with vision or hearing, or from poor or inadequate reading instruction.
Many famous people had the same problem. Later on they releaved from the problem for a certain level. In and around of us also you can notice the same problems.

However, people may read and write perfectly and have dyslexia. They are diagnosed with the disorder when their problems can't be explained by a lack of intellectual ability, inadequate instruction or problems such as poor eyesight. Being as it is a complex mental process, it can have many potential causes. From a neurophysiological perspective, it can be diagnosed by closer inspection of the brain. A learning disability

In my case it is a minor neurological disorder that causes me to reverse or try to substitute improper spelling for a word. I have spelled 'NO' as 'on' and 'to' as 'ot' or 'people' as 'peoople' or 'peolpe' etc. The defect is a minor one that slows my reading and writing.
