Though it may sound cliche,
I'd simply say being alive...... feeling the warmth of the sun across my face.... hearing the wind in the trees....watching life all around me; people conversing and smiling, birds flying, children playing and laughing........just being, you know? I think too many people regret to observe this one simple truth. You are alive........... you have been granted yet another day to live, to see, to breath, to feel, to grow, to love, to change..... I believe that's joy in it's purest form. We emphasize the peril, the evils of the world, the lust of the flesh so much that we forget how much good remains all around us, even in us......
