It's not illegal or harassment in the state of Alabama acccording to the lawyer we spoke with today. This was in response to an aswerer (Confused) of a previous question I asked by the way.

I was speaking of a picture of me...then putting on some outgoing mail to anyone...but more specifically a #%@*$^ ex.

More specifically it was of me & my hubby absolutely nothing offensive though, just an innocent picture of us.

I CANT REALLY HELP YOU BUT YOU HAVE DONE THE RIGHT THING BY FINDING OUT FROM A LAWYER IT SOUNDS A BIT SILLY THAT SOME ONE WOULD CLASS IT AS HARASSMENT.

I think that is because when you put your pic on a stamp you are signing permission to allow that to happen. And for them to do that to your photo. As for someone that just takes a picture of you and does that. That person didn't give their legal consent for their picture to be used. And so if it is being put on a envelope in a bad way, it can be a form of harrassment because that is like another form of character assassination.

You have jealousy issues with your husband's ex-wife. You intentionally did this to piss her off. If you keep this up, your husband will tire of you quick.

malicious conduct without a definitive end their for it is harassment especially if you are doing it just to aggravate someone you are so childish if you only did it once no if you continue to do it then you are trying to harass her
