How old are you and what size are you? Height/weight?

You could get a breast reduction and have it covered by your insurance (that's how I afforded my breast reduction).

My back pain was gone when I woke up in the recovery room!

You should really get professionally fitted for a bra as 80% of us are in the incorrect size bra. Go to Nordstroms JCPenney or Sears (NOT Victoria secret, they size incorrectly, trust me on that).

It could be from holding to nurse. You may be "hunching". If you don't already have one, get a Boppy. They really help.
Otherwise, I just went through this and It turned out to be my bra. I got a new one and my back pain disappeared.

i have the same problem and have seen my doctor for it. he said to really focus on my posture and to force myself to sit up straight. it will be annoying for a while but eventually it will strengthen the muscles in your back. also wearing a racerback bra or sports bra also helps immensely. doing back exercises and walking will also help strtengthen the muscles in your back so they're not so sore from the weight.

If you are having pain/medical issues due to your breast size, you may be a candidate for a reduction. Many times you can get insurance to cover if they are causing other complications.
