First, no, you don't love her. You, hon, love your image of her, and that and reality just ain't the same, sorry. If marriage is Respect, Admiration, Passion and Trust, the trust is in the toilet with the passion getting shared with someone else. Unless you are a total retard, there is no way you have respect and admiration for such a person.
To answer your question... No. Rid yourself of this witch, and find a lady worth your love.. this one isn't it... she's just an occasional boinking buddy. Cut off all contact with her, and get some time between you and it......that is, unless you like being a door mat......and love pain (and there are, sadly those who do love pain....) If you can't see that, get a few sessions of counseling, and find our why you feel you deserve so little in a partner. Take some paper and a pencil... You are about to learn a lot, so take notes.

Abortion is a touchy subject for some people but you brought the question out there.
Abortion is horrible, there are so many couples in this world who would love the opportunity to become parents but for what ever reason cannot. They would have loved the chance to raise the child that she 'killed'.
Yes, that is a harsh word but a good description of what she did.
Of course others have different opinions on the subject. I don't agree with the subject on any topic, some would say that rape is a good reason to do such a thing, that it is the females choice,
What about the child's choice?
She is a dog, there is another word in the dictionary for her actions but I cannot write it here. It is to sad that you love some one like that... you said that she got pregnant by the other guy... are you sure? How would you feel if you found out it was actually yours?

I wouldn't even bother to act like you know her any more, not because of an abortion, but because she sounds like she has way too many issues and why bother to keep a running tally of her conquests. Serious you need a new hobby, rather than worry about telling anyone she may or may not be involved with that she had an abortion.

No, I wouldn't tell anyone anything. This would be none of my business. If I felt I could still love this person and be with them after all they've put me through, then I would be with them; if not - then I would move on and look for someone else. Either way, what is the point in even talking to "the other" guy.

Shut and lock the door so she cannot come back again. You need to respect yourself more than you do and feel you are worth someone who loves you back.
It will do no good to speak of the abortion to anyone. That is her deal and she should not have made it yours. Please, go get tested for STD's! And if you give in again and let her back into your life and bedroom, use a condom!!!!!
