London Calling or Guns of Brixton for me

"Guns Of Brixton", by far.
It contains one of the catchiest bass hooks from any track of the era, and also allowed Joe Strummer and Mick Jones to take a back seat and let Paul Simenon (bassist) sing.

Know Your Rights, I would have said Guns of Brixton, but to be honest I prefer the Dropkick Murphys cover of it.

Rock The Casbah

"Train in Vain" would have to be my favorite, simply because it is one of my very favorite songs of all time.

Close seconds, pretty much tied for second, are "Straight to Hell", which I think is a very interesting song about people who really got screwed by the wars in SE Asia, and "London Calling." Sometimes I hear music in my head--just different bits of favorite songs, and I often hear, "London is drowning and I live by the river..."

Rock the Casbah is always a good choice. Probably my favorite of their music videos - love the armadillo. And only Joe Strummer could write lyrics like this and get an international hit:

But the bedouin that they brought out
The electric cattle drum
The local guitar picker
Got his guitar picking thumb....
