Corrections to grammar:

Were we really created by aliens?
Can we really trace our origins to aliens?

Answer:
No. There is no reliable evidence to suggest that we as humans are not the end product of evolution on this planet. Nor is there reliable evidence to suggest that our evolution was influenced by "aliens" if by "aliens" you mean "sentient beings of an extraterrestrial origin."
It is possible that extremely simple forms of life, such as bacteria, evolved extraterrestrially and were introduced to this planet at various points in its history and may have had a slight influence in the development of life on this planet but, again, there is no reliable evidence of this at the present time.

Definitely no. We are created by God in His own image. Please read the Bible at Genesis about the creation.
