I work at a smoothie place, and this black woman comes through the drive-thru wanting a Hawaiian Breeze with extra, extra, extra splenda and extra, extra, extra yogurt. This costs an additional 4-5 dollars, but she wants to get charged only a dollar-something more. She's a pig, she once called me a terrorist and curses at the employees all the time. She is seriously psychotic.

I worked at Taco Bell and we had the grated regular chedder cheese and the grated 3 cheese blend. This lady wanted a quesadilla with just the white cheese from the 3 cheese blend. I told her its all comes mixed together. This Beotch wanted me to pick out the white cheese from the bag. I told her that was impossible and she called the 1-800 corp office and complained that I was rude and refused to make her what she ordered. Oh and she came in a month later wanting pepparoni on the mexican pizza. Im like WTF! Taco Bell doesnt carry pepparoni! She said it shouldn't be called a pizza then!

At 18 you nonetheless qualify for super college opportunities. Get right into a technical, enterprise or commerce college (you recognize, no longer a 4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days)...pass to a school that places you...it truly is the least difficult thank you to get a greater ideal interest with greater ideal pay. remember, purely on account which you sense such as you're able to do greater ideal, does no longer mean the actual worldwide will see that once you're purely 18. (harsh fact) in case you haven't any longer graduated (or won't this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days) get your GED and get into college. it truly is lots greater handy to stay a sturdy existence in case you hit college early on as a replace of waiting till you're on your Nineteen Twenties....

I work for Chili's and there is this older guy that comes in every Tuesday. He has to sit at the same table everytime he comes in. He always orders a dt coke and chips and queso while waiting for his friends and also orders the same meal all the time. If his chips and queso aren't a certain way he will send them back everytime. The kicker is he doesn't like children and doesn't want them seated anywhere near him. There have been a few times he has screamed at the hostess for putting families with young children in a section near him. She has had to do so because it's been busy and there was nowhere else to put them. He's been told repeatedly by the managers we are a family restaurant and have to seat our guests in a timely manner and where we can. He was also told to sit in the bar where noone under 21 is allowed if he doesn't want to be near kids. He still insists on seating at the same place all the time and never in the bar. We try our best to take care of him but he's a jerk to our servers everytime he comes in.

Several people who didn't bother to actually read the menu (which was clearly spelled out), and then brought their food back to the counter wanting a new sandwich, not because I got their order wrong but because they didn't take two seconds to read what came on it and tell me they wanted something left off. When that happened I always worried that the manager would think I screwed their order up, and I hated seeing perfectly good food going to waste, again, all because they couldn't take two seconds to read the menu.
Also a lady who came in on the day that we had "kids eat free". It was one free kids meal per adult. She was with her husband and they had three kids, so they still got two kids meals for free, but she made a fuss and made me get the manager just because she still had to pay for one of her kids' meals (which I'm sure wasn't more than four dollars).
Then there was a lady who made a bit of a scene and literally stormed out of the restaurant because we were out of the soup that she wanted. The manager was going to try to explain to her that we ran out of the soup and couldn't make any more because the truck that had the supplies to make it hadn't been able to come in that day due to snow. But she left before he even could.
But, the lady you had sounds horrible! None of my customers were that bad.

A truck driver who use to come into my restaurant always ordered his eggs VERY EASY. They were NEVER good enough for him. So, one day, my cook brought him out his meal without the eggs. He asked, where are my eggs? She pulled them out of her pocket, cracked them open on his plate and said, "easy enough?" He said yes and never complained about his eggs again.
True story from Wolf Creek Truck Stop in Oregon along I-5.

Food service is one of the toughest jobs out there and not just fast food. We all have our stories and need to smile thru the tough customers and enjoy the fun ones. that is the nature of the beast.

I hate people like that! I used to work at starbucks, and the water we used to make an Americano was at 190 degrees. 10 degrees hotter is boiling point and this one guy used to always complain it was not hot enough. There was no way to get it hotter!
