"What does OTC means" did you mean to ask that ? I think that is what you wanted to ask.
OTC stands for "Over The Counter" meaning the medicine for which you do not require a doctors prescription, you can buy them from any Pharmacy or Drugs Store without a doctors prescription. Medicines like Aspirin. Tylenol, Pepto Bismol, etc.

If you mean OTC, in medicine it is Over the Counter. Any medicine you can buy without a prescription
